Effective date: 2026-08-10 — GSDS'26 (ONE DAY).
1. Tickets & entry
- The QR code is personal and non-transferable.
- The maximum number of visitors is 1,400 people.
- Once the capacity limit is reached, access may be restricted or temporarily paused.
- Under 16: consent of a legal guardian is required.
- The organiser reserves the right to exclude anyone who violates these terms from the event.
2. Code of conduct
- No violence, no discrimination, no harassment and no illegal drugs.
- Respect crew, volunteers, photographers, residents and other participants.
- Follow the instructions of staff, security and the organiser.
- Respect public spaces, facilities and closed-off areas.
- Anyone endangering others or seriously disrupting the event may be excluded.
3. Photo & video consent
- Photo, video and audio recordings are made during the event.
- By entering the event areas you agree that these recordings may be used for editorial, documentary and promotional purposes in connection with GSDS26 and ONE DAY.

4. Cancellations & programme changes
- GSDS26 is a free event.
- Programme items, schedules and venues may change at short notice.
- Up-to-date information is published via the event app and official communication channels.
- In case of bad weather, official requirements or safety reasons, individual programme items may be cancelled or adjusted.
5. Liability
- Skateboarding and taking part in events in public space are at your own risk.
- Participants confirm their physical fitness and take personal responsibility for their actions.
- The organiser is liable only within the scope of statutory provisions.
- No liability is accepted for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
- Private accident and liability insurance is recommended.
6. Public space
- Many programme items take place in public space.
- Pedestrians, residents and moving traffic must be respected at all times.
- Rescue routes, driveways and entrances must be kept clear.
- The use of individual areas may be restricted by official requirements.
7. Landhausplatz
- The monument and the main entrance of the Landhaus are not skate surfaces.
- These areas must be kept clear and respected at all times.
- Your behaviour helps keep public spaces open for skateboarding in the future.
