Stay Safe
Friendly tips for moving around the city and the event — look out for each other. Final wording will be updated by the organisers.
City & getting around
Placeholder. Add: main tram lines useful for spots, low-traffic routes, zones to take extra care (crossings, shared paths), and anything specific to this year’s venues. Content: Anda / David / Peter.
- Use official crossings and give pedestrians priority.
- Check local signage and temporary road layouts during the festival.
- In an emergency, call 112 (EU emergency).
Street etiquette — six simple rules
Supportive, community tone — not “police style”. Replace with final copy when ready.
- Pedestrians first — slow down, communicate, don’t snake through crowds.
- Leave spots tidy — take litter with you; respect neighbours and shop fronts.
- Respect drivers & bikes — don’t block lanes; use lights at night.
- Look after beginners — make space; call out obstacles.
- Noise & nights — keep residential areas calm after hours.
- Ask crew — security and volunteers are there to help, not to nag.
At the event
- Hydrate, use shade, and pace yourself — especially on hot days.
- First aid and staff are shown on the venue map (link below).
- See the Terms page for rules of participation (link below).
